LLC "Gazprom Energoholding" is a vertically integrated holding company (a 100% subsidiary of PJSC "Gazprom") that manages the generating companies of the Gazprom Group according to unified corporate standards.

"Gazprom Energoholding" is the largest owner of electric power (generation of electric and thermal energy) assets in Russia (controlling stakes in PJSC "Mosenergo", PJSC "MOEK", PJSC "TGC-1", and PJSC "OGK-2"). The Group includes over 80 power plants with an installed capacity of about 39 GW (electric) and 71.2 thousand Gcal/h (thermal), accounting for approximately 17% of the total installed capacity of the Russian electric power industry. It is among the top ten electricity producers in Europe.
