Purpose
The EMAS.PREDICT IAS is designed to improve the operational efficiency of thermal power plant (TPP) auxiliary equipment and reduce maintenance costs by transitioning industrial equipment to condition-based maintenance.
Functions of EMAS.PREDICT
- Collection and calculation of vibration characteristics using real-time triaxial sensors – integrated vibration sensor
- Data collection from real-time devices at the station level – station data collection and transmission gateway
- Predictive diagnostics using artificial intelligence
- Processing and storing information using DBMS tools
- Output of report information to the User's workstation automatically or upon request
- Visualization of report information in tabular and graphical formats
Objectives of EMAS.PREDICT
- Identifying individual diagnostic features of equipment based on operating conditions and production process organization

Cost
The cost of an EMAS.PREDICT software license is determined in accordance with the internal licensing policy of JSC "NBI"
Licensing of EMAS.PREDICT software is based on the automation facility (power plants, industrial enterprises, etc.)
