NBI Engineering LLC completed a project for comprehensive thermal testing of P-25-3.4/0.6 turbine at the steam-gas turbine shop (PGTC) of Balakovo branch of Apatit JSC. Determining the actual condition of turbine unit #3 and developing thermal characteristics required for equipment performance standardization and planning.
Project goal:

Project tasks completed:
- - Thermal testing of turbine unit #3 was conducted;
- - Reporting documentation was prepared.
Project duration: September - November 2022
Upon project completion, the Customer received a technical report containing actual performance characteristics of turbine unit #3, with conclusions and recommendations for improving equipment efficiency.
