In 2019, the development of auxiliary software modules for calculating plant's technical-economic indicators was completed as part of the "EMAS" information-analytical system for Nizhnekamsk CHP LLC of Tatneft PJSC.
During project implementation , the functionality of "EMAS" information system was expanded through development of auxiliary software modules for calculating power plant's technical-economic performance indicators:
1. Water supply balance calculation;
2. Real-time TEP calculations;
3. Consolidation of reporting information for Plant Management;
4. TEP algorithm adjustment accounting for new equipment commissioning - PTN;
5. Digitizer analog for strip chart digitization;
6. Module for dispatch schedule analysis.
As a result, the Customer gained capabilities for: automated hourly TEP calculations, strip chart data digitization, shift performance indicators calculation, electrical load schedule analysis, mimic diagrams, graphs, manager's workstation, and water balance reconciliation.
Facility: Nizhnekamsk CHP provides thermal energy to industrial enterprises of Nizhnekamsk industrial hub including NKNKh PJSC and TANECO JSC, and supplies Nizhnekamsk city with hot water for heating and domestic hot water.
Customer: Tatneft is one of Russia's largest oil companies. Its production complex includes dynamically developing oil and gas production, oil refining, petrochemicals, tire manufacturing and gas station network.
