During the project, specialists of JSC "NBI" successfully developed, implemented and commissioneddigital models (digital twins) of the following generating facilities::
The total installed electrical capacity of the facilities is 1,647 MW. The total installed thermal capacity is 5,808 Gcal/h.
The modeled facilities have the following turbine types installed: PT-135, PT-80, PT-60, PT-50, PT-40, PT-25, T-110, Tp-100 with uncontrolled extraction, T-50, T-25, LM6000PD SPRINT.
At Kursk CHPP-1, the capability to optimize boiler units for three fuel types was implemented: coal, gas and fuel oil.
An additional module for generating price bids based on optimization results was implemented.
The project created a unified database of characteristics for all main equipment, allowing to find and subsequently modify any consumption characteristic.
Capability for visual verification of obtained characteristics and printing for making changes to regulatory and technical documentation.
