In 2018, NBI JSC specialists completed the development of software for calculating CHP technical-economic indicators as part of the "EMAS" information-analytical system for Nizhnekamskaya CHP LLC of Tatneft PJSC.
During project implementation, the following tasks were successfully solved:
− Obtaining a unified complete solution for operations in the wholesale electricity market;
− Obtaining objective assessment of equipment utilization efficiency and personnel actions;
− Ensuring economical operation of technological equipment;
− Automation of technical-economic indicators calculation and reporting documentation;
− Improving working conditions and productivity of operational personnel and branch's production-technological departments staff.
As a result of the work, the Customer gained the capability for automated TEP calculation, visualization of technological parameters, and report export in template forms.
Client: Tatneft is one of Russia's largest oil companies. The company's production complex includes dynamically developing oil and gas production, oil refining, petrochemicals, tire manufacturing and gas station network.
