In December 2018, specialists of JSC "NBI" completed the implementation of an information system for optimizing operating modes at three power plants of PJSC "TGC-1": CHPP-5 "Pravoberezhnaya", CHPP-14 "Pervomayskaya" and CHPP-22 "Yuzhnaya"
The implementation of the information system aims to improve the efficiency of the Customer's generating units in the wholesale electricity and capacity market by achieving maximum possible marginal income in the production and sale of electrical and thermal energy
As a result of the work performed the Customer gained the ability to optimally plan operating modes in various WECM sectors, thereby increasing marginal profit
During project implementation under extremely tight deadlines, the Customer systematically made additions to the functional requirements of the information system, including: transitioning model development processes to a web interface, as well as refining functionality for URUT calculations and forming CZRSV, Nevertheless, the work was completed on time and with proper quality
Customer: PJSC "TGC-1" - the leading producer of electrical and thermal energy in the Northwest region of Russia. Combines 53 power plants in four Russian regions. Installed electric capacity is 6.95 GW, thermal - 13.75 thousand Gcal/hour
Facility: Pravoberezhnaya CHPP-5 provides electrical and thermal energy to industrial enterprises, residential and public buildings in the Nevsky and Krasnogvardeysky districts of St. Petersburg with a population of over 700,000 people
Facility: Pervomayskaya CHPP-14 currently provides thermal energy to more than 500,000 people, as well as several large industrial enterprises: JSC "Kirovsky Zavod" and JSC "Severnaya Verf"
Facility: The main task of Yuzhnaya CHPP-22 is to supply thermal energy to industrial enterprises, as well as to residential and public buildings located in the southern part of St. Petersburg: Moskovsky, Frunzensky and Nevsky districts. In total, the station provides heat to approximately 900,000 people
