Completed a project for replication of the corporate information system "Information and Calculation Software Complex for Supporting Electricity and Heat Generation Management Processes and Energy Sales Activities" (CIS IRPC) for three CHPPs of PJSC "Lukoil".
Project implementation period: April 2021 — June 2022
Project goal: replication of CIS IRPC for Volgodonsk CHPP-2, Volzhskaya CHPP, Volzhskaya CHPP-2 to increase PJSC "LUKOIL"'s marginal income from electricity and heat production and sales through:
- • Improving accuracy of volume and cost indicators forecasting for PJSC "LUKOIL" thermal power plants;
- • Optimizing operating modes and composition of TPP generating equipment;
- • Increasing timeliness and validity of decisions on managing production activities of PJSC "LUKOIL" TPPs.
Project functional scope:
Automatic data loading:
- - Loading data from information sources (integration with Excel files, SSOI, retrieving information from Energy Trading database previously implemented by NBI JSC specialists);
Creation of digital models for Volgodonsk CHPP-2, Volzhskaya CHPP, Volzhskaya CHPP-2:
- - Model creation;
- - Configuring calculation modes by scenarios to ensure execution of Customer's business processes.
Client: Work performed under contract with LLC "LUKOIL-Technologies" for functional customer LLC "LUKOIL-TsUR". The companies are subsidiaries of PJSC "LUKOIL". LLC "LUKOIL-TsUR" oversees operations of enterprises (power plants) within PJSC "LUKOIL"'s energy division, manages operating modes, submits price bids in various wholesale electricity market segments, and prepares activity reports for these facilities.
