JSC "NBI" is the developer of a comprehensive solution suite integrated by the unified
information-analytical platform "EMAS". "EMAS" is a modern digital tool for energy consumption

injuries in road accidents. Also, all personnel records of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs
employees (including traffic police), incident records, social work with families and
psychological support for MIA units are maintained in the Personnel Activity Support Service
