АО «НБИ» выполнило проект для ПАО «РусГидро» по обеспечению функционирования систем в соответствии с заданными качественными показателями.
Project tasks:
- Automation of technical-economic indicators calculation and standard technical reporting forms generation based on operational results for reporting periods;
- System status monitoring and analysis using customer monitoring tools with performance improvement recommendations;
- Performing recovery operations;
- Analysis of system errors and failures with reports and corrective/preventive measures;
- Maintaining required service levels according to SLA;
- Resolving system failures and malfunctions;
- Correcting errors identified through monitoring, user requests analysis and problem situations;
- Updating operational documentation;
- Supporting integration solutions and providing customer consultations;
- Processing user service requests, user registration and rights management;
- Functional system administration and methodological user support;
- System refinement without changing core functionality;
- Analyzing change requirements and providing recommendations to customer;
- Developing and approving technical specifications for system changes when required;
- Providing descriptions of fixes and changes for each release.
New capabilities for customer:
Automation of collecting, processing and presenting branch performance metrics across various electricity markets, including trading data from multiple information sources.
