JSC "NBI" has completed a project to implement an information-analytical system for calculating performance indicators for CHP plants of a major energy sector company.
Project goal:
Improving fuel efficiency through automation and standardization of performance indicator calculations and unification of approaches to CHP plant production reporting.
Project tasks: The project included replication of the EMAS.OPT system, including development of a mathematical model for the CHP plant. Key tasks addressed:
- Automation of the process for calculating performance indicators and generating standard technical reporting forms based on operational results for reporting periods;
- Capability for real-time monitoring of technical-economic indicators and analysis of deviations between actual equipment operating parameters and normative values;
- Providing predictive calculation of performance indicators;
- Determining planned technical-economic indicators for equipment operation based on results from the optimization model used at the CHP plant;
As a result of the project implementation, the customer received:
- Automatic collection and aggregation of technological data from measuring systems, statements and other reports used at the power plant;
- Storage of all information in a unified repository;
- Calculation of actual, nominal and normative technical-economic indicators, as well as components of thermal efficiency reserve;
- Calculation of forecasted technical-economic indicators;
- Calculation of planned technical-economic indicators based on recommendations from optimization calculations in a related system.
- Implementation of reporting forms;
- Differentiated access to information.
We thank our Customer for their trust and cooperation!
