NBI Engineering LLC completed a project for the "D.G. Zhimerin Cherepetskaya GRES" branch of PJSC "Inter RAO - Electric Power Generation" to test network heaters of start-up heating boiler units for district heating systems (SHB DHS).
Project goal: obtain actual operating characteristics of DHS SHB heaters and recommendations for improving equipment efficiency.
During project implementation, the following tasks were completed:
- - Thermal and hydraulic tests of DHS SHB were conducted;
- - Technical condition of equipment was determined;
- - Degree of fouling in heat exchanger flow paths was determined.
Project duration: 01.08.-30.12.2022
Upon completion, Cherepetskaya GRES received a detailed technical report with actual thermal and hydraulic characteristics of the heaters, including conclusions and recommendations.
