NBI Engineering LLC completed a project for thermal and hydraulic testing of district heating units (OH #1-3 and PH #2,3) at RUSAL Achinsk CHPP.

assess equipment condition and determine actual hydraulic resistance values.

Project tasks completed:

- Technical condition of equipment was determined;
- Degree of fouling in district heating units was determined;
- Recommendations for efficient equipment operation were developed.

Project duration: 01.09.2022 — 30.10.2022.

Upon project completion, the Customer received a technical report containing actual performance characteristics of the CHPP's district heating units and recommendations for improving heater efficiency.
