The team of NBI Engineering LLC completed a project for inspection and comprehensive testing of technical water supply systems at GRES-2 division of JSC "Tomsk Generation".
Project goal:
determine actual performance characteristics of the circulating water supply system, obtain conclusions and recommendations to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Completed tasks:
- - Determined cooling efficiency of cooling towers under operational hydraulic load and various hydraulic modes;
- - Determined technical and economic indicators of turbine condensers, circulating pumps, auxiliary equipment of technical water supply system (oil coolers, gas coolers, etc.);
- - Determined performance (flow balance) of technical water supply system;
- - Determined optimal operating modes of technical water supply equipment;
- - Prepared technical report with conclusions and measures to improve reliability and efficiency of technical water supply equipment.
Project implementation period: July 2022 - October 2022
