Specialists of JSC "NBI" developed an Automated Information System for the Federal Targeted Program (AIS FTP) under the order of the Directorate for the Management of the FTP "Improving Road Traffic Safety."
Purpose of Creating the AIS FTP
The purpose of creating the AIS FTP is to ensure effective management of the FTP implementation by automating the tasks of planning activities, monitoring the execution of individual activities and the FTP as a whole, monitoring the results of the implementation of activities, organizing the evaluation of the effectiveness indicators of FTP activities, and preparing and presenting analytical materials and statistical reports on the progress, results, and forecasts of FTP implementation to decision-makers.
Purpose of the AIS FTP
The AIS FTP is designed to automate the activities of government bodies, institutions, and other structures in managing the Program implementation processes.
The AIS FTP was developed under the order of the Directorate for the Management of the FTP "Improving Road Traffic Safety in 2006-2012."
Functions of the AIS FTP
The AIS FTP provides information and analytical support for the processes of organizational, documentation, financial support, and monitoring of the FTP implementation at the stages of the Program's activity lifecycle through the automated execution of the following functions:
• Planning competitions, preparing tender documentation, and conducting competitions;
• Contract management;
• Planning and monitoring (collecting primary information, accounting, and control) of the progress of work in the areas of Program implementation and FTP expenditure items;
• Creating a database on controlled FTP indicators and regional (municipal) targeted programs, generating reports on implementation progress and achieved indicators/
• Organizational management of the current activities of FTP directorates, including: planning work in departments, assigning tasks and monitoring execution, maintaining records, and managing an electronic data archive.
