Specialists of JSC "NBI" have developed the Personnel Management Service (SOKD) for the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Service purpose:
• Recording personal and service data of employees, civil servants and staff of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation - maintaining their electronic personal files;
• Maintaining various personnel activity registries;
• Supporting recruitment, training and professional development activities;
• Managing educational processes in educational institutions of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs system;
• Recording learning quality monitoring results;
• Supporting award activities of the Russian Federation internal affairs bodies;
• Generating statistical reports on personnel activities.
SOKD was developed and modernized as a web application (complying with requirements for category 1G automated information protection systems and category 1K personal data systems) within the R&D projects "Creation of SOKD" (2014) and "Development of ISOD of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the 'SOKD' service" (2016).
Automated systems and services for the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs are developed based on domestic technological platforms using open-source software.
